Thrills of the Namib desert

The name Namib is of Nama origin and means “vast place”. Some of the world’s tallest sand dunes (over 300m) are found in there as it stretches for more than 2,000 kilometers along the Atlantic coasts of Angola, Namibia, and South Africa, Having existed for more than 80 million years, the NamibĀ  be the oldest desert in the world and contains some of the world’s driest regions.
